Odiron drug prescribed treatment in the following cases:
Essential iron for hematoma, transportation and oxygen reserves and is an important co-factor for cell activity.
Folic Acid is essential for the prevention of neural tube defects (NTDS) in newborns characterized by neural tube defects including vertebral crackers that can lead to many physical defects (such as paralysis and hydrocephalus). Providing adequate folats helps prevent obstetric complications, including non -bleeding, bleeding, lightweight child and defects for the fetus. Folat deficiency is the main concern during pregnancy because during this period, the effect of folat absorption is significantly reduced and the speed of folat excretion in urine increases.
Vitamin B6 and B12 plays a role in the synthesis of hemoglobin and red blood cells. These nutrients also promote energy metabolism and can help reduce anorexia, myastal, nausea and vomiting.
Folic acid, vitamin B6 and B12 impact catalytic force in homocysteine metabolism to prevent increased bloodsteine homocysteine.

Do not use iron injected with oral iron to avoid excess iron.
Do not use iron for patients with blood transfusions many times, due to a significant amount of iron in the hemoglobin of red blood cells.
cyanocobalamin

Breastfeeding period
pyridoxine

Medicinal interaction
iron
Use at the same time with oral antacids can reduce iron absorption.
When taken at the same time iron salt and tetracycline because the absorption of both substances decreases.
Response to iron may be slowed down when treated at the same time as chloramphenicol.
The iron salts are also recorded reducing absorption and thus reducing the bioavailability and clinical effects of Levodopa with Carbidopa, Methyldopa, Penicillamine, and some quinolones (Ciprofloxacin, Norloxacin, ofloxacin). Do not use oral iron preparations at the same time or within 2 hours after using these drugs.folic acid
Folic acid may increase phenytoin metabolism, resulting in a decrease in serum phenytoin concentration.
Use chloramphenicol and folic acid in patients with folate deficiencies that can cause antagonism to respond to folic acid.
pyridoxine
Pyridoxine HCl can reduce the effect of Levodopa, the drug is used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
cyanocobalamin
Absorbing vitamin B12 from the gastrointestinal tract may be reduced when used simultaneously with neomycin, aminosalicylic acid, H2 and Colchicin receptor anti -receptors.
Serum concentration may be reduced when used simultaneously with oral contraceptives. Chloramphenicol used on the gastrointestinal tract may reduce the effect of vitamin B12 in anemia.
The treatment effect of vitamin B12 can be reduced when used simultaneously with omeprazol.
