Prevention, colds influenza , runny nose, stuffy nose, chest tightness, abdominal pain, aches, fatigue, headache , dizziness , nausea, insect burning, tendons, swelling.

How to use

Use outside.

Dosage

Massage on the skin in the sore place.

The flu, runny nose, stuffy nose:

Rub oil on both sides of the temples, neck, back, nose.

Headache, dizziness, nausea:

Rub oil on both sides of the temple, neck, middle, nose.

chest chest:

Rub oil in front of chest, neck and back.

Definitely eat, abdominal pain:

Rub the abdominal oil.

In case of flu, adults can inhale:

Put 5 -10 drops of oil in a steam bottle with about 250 ml of hot water.
