indications

OPECalcium is indicated in the following cases:

  • Preventive and treat some cases of vitamin and calcium deficiency disease such as fatigue, anorexia, children in the development stage, pregnant and lactating women, old age, functional weakness, health rehabilitation during the nursing phase.
  • Calcium glucoheptonate: Calcium supplements; A12AA10.
  • acid ascorbic: Water -soluble vitamins; A11ga01. A1Thao1. Oral calcium is used to treat chronic blood calcium and calcium deficiency. Lack of calcium when the diet provides incomplete calcium, especially young women, the elderly, women before and after menopause and teenagers. Due to increasing calcium demand, children and women are the highest risk, children who lack calcium will grow slowly, rickets, adults with bone puree.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid): It is necessary for a collagen formation to heal wounds. Participate in oxidation reactions, metabolic reactions of the body. Participate in immune functions, in resistance to infections, preserve the integrity of blood vessels and in cell respiration.

Vitamin PP: In the body of vitamin PP performs function after converting into nicotinamid adenin dinucleotid (NAD) or Nicotinamid adenin Dinucleotid phosphate (NADP). NAD and NADP plays a very important role in metabolism, as a coenzyme that works as hydrogen transport molecules, catalyzed oxidation-necessary oxidation reactions for cell respiration, glycogen resolution and lipid metabolism.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

calcium: about 30% of calcium is absorbed in the digestive tract. The amount of calcium is eliminated in urine is about 20%, about 80% in stool (including calcium is not absorbed and calcium is secreted through bile, pancreatic fluid).

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid): is easily absorbed after taken. Normal vitamin C concentration in plasma: 10 - 20 micrograms/ml. Storage of all vitamin C in the body is about 1.5 g with 30 - 45 mg is rotated daily. Vitamin C is widely distributed in body tissues, 25% of vitamin C in plasma combined with protein. Vitamin C is reversible to dehydroorscorbic acid. A little vitamin C converted into non-active compounds: ascorbic acid-2-sulfate, oxalic acid is excreted in urine. The amount of vitamin C exceeding the body needs (over 200 mg) is quickly excreted into urine in the form of unchanged.

Vitamin PP: After taken, vitamin PP is quickly absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract, widely distributed into the body tissue. Nicotic acid is found in human milk. The sale time of vitamin PP is about 45 minutes. Vitamin PP is metabolized in the liver into n-methylnicotinamid, 2-Pyridon, 4-Pyridon derivatives and forming nicotinuric. With the usual dose, only a small amount of vitamin PP excreted into the urine in the form of unchanged. However, with large doses, the amount of excretion in the form of unchanged will increase.

Symptoms: When serum concentration exceeds 2.6 mmol/liter (10.5 mg/100 ml) is considered hypercalcemia.

How to handle: When the calcium concentration in serum exceeds 2.9 mmol/lit (12 mg/100 ml), immediately use the following measures:

  • Intravenous compensation by intravenous injection of 0.9%sodium chloride solution. For forced diuretic in Furosemid or ethacrynic acid to increase calcium and sodium excretion when using too many sodium chloride solutions 0.9%. Monitor the electrocardiogram and can use the adrenergic beta blockers to prevent heavy arrhythmia. Hematurosis can be used, can use calcitonin and adrenocorticoid during treatment.

Symptoms: kidney stones, nausea, gastritis and diarrhea.

Treatment: Diuretic by infusion may work after a large dose.
