1g/5ml Opzimin drug is indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of blood ammonia maintenance in patients with carbamylphosphate synthetase deficiency, ornithine carbamyltransferase deficiency. Good training in people with stable cardiovascular disease.

Before taking Opezimin 1g/5ml OPV supports the treatment of hypercururia, indigestible disorders (20 tubes)

How to use

1g/5ml Opzimin solution used before the main meals or as soon as the symptoms are available.

Dosage

Dosage of blood ammonia maintenance in patients with carbamylphosphate synthetase, ornithine carbamyltransferase:

Infants: 100 mg/kg daily, divided 3-4 times.

Infants: 100-175 mg/kg/time, use 3-4 times daily with food, adjust the dose according to the response.

Adults: 3-6 g/day (equivalent to 15-30 ml of Opzimin oral solution):

Supporting dose to improve training ability in people with stable cardiovascular disease:

Adults: 6-21 g/day (equivalent to 30-105 ml of Opezimin oral solution), each use no more than 8 g (equivalent to 40 ml of oral solution). Synthetase:

Adults: 3-20 g/day (equivalent to 15-100 ml of Opzimin oral solution), depending on the condition.

Note: All of the above recommended doses are calculated in the form of hydrochloride arginin.
