Uses

indications

20 mg Re-Zoom drugs are indicated for erectile dysfunction treatment.

Pharmacokic

Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor with restoration of guanosine monophosphate (CGMP) - a special enamel phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5).

When sexual stimulation leads to nitric oxyd release, the PDE5 inhibitor of Tadalafil will increase the CGMP concentration in the cave. This leads to smooth muscle relaxation and increases blood pressure into the penis tissue, thereby causing penis.

When there is no sexual stimulation, Tadalafil has no effect.

pharmacokinetic

Tadalafil quickly absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract after drinking. Peak concentration in plasma is 2 hours and is not affected by food.

Tadalafil is widely distributed in tissues and drugs associated with plasma proteins up to 94%. The drug is metabolized in the liver thanks to Cytochrome P450 CYP3A4.

The main metabolites are methylcatechol Glucuronide less active than Tadalafil and have no clinical significant activity. Half of Tadalafil's excretion reached 17.5 hours.

Tadalafil Export mainly into metabolites in feces (61%) and a small portion of urine (about 36%).

The process of output takes place slower in the elderly and patients with kidney function.
