Pharmacokic

Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor with restoration of guanosine monophosphate (CGMP) - a special enamel phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5).

When sexual stimulation leads to nitric oxyd release, the PDE5 inhibitor of Tadalafil will increase the CGMP concentration in the cave. This leads to smooth muscle relaxation and increases blood pressure into the penis tissue, thereby causing penis.

How to use

Dosage
