Ornisid is an antibacterial substance specified in cases of infections due to sensitive strains or the following parasites:

    How to use

    oral tablets after eating. Take the tablet with a glass of water.

    Dosage

    adults

    AMIP disease: Take 500 mg, 2 times daily, for 5-10 days.

    People with amoeba dysentery can be used: 1 g, 2 times a day for 1 day, or take a single dose of 1.5 g a day for 3 days. In case of heavy amoeba dysentery and liver abscess, use intravenous injections.

    Giardia disease: Take a single dose of 1 g or 1.5 g, for 1-2 days.

    Trichomonas disease: Take the only dose of 1.5 g or 500 mg, 2 times daily, for 5 days. The partner must also be treated.

    Treatment of anaerobic bacteria: After the use of infusion, soon replaced with oral medicine at the dose: 500 mg, every 12 hours.

    Preventive infection due to anaerobic bacteria after surgery: 1 g intravenous injection about 30 minutes before surgery. Or take 1.5 g, 12 hours before surgery, then take 500 mg, every 12 hours, for 3-5 days after surgery.

    Hepatic failure
