External otitis infection: Acute otitis media.

Pharmacology

Cloramphenicol is a bactericidal antibiotic with wide antibacterial spectrum, gram -positive and gram -negative bacteria.

Dexamethasone is synthetic corticoid, anti -inflammatory, anti -allergic and immunosuppressive effects.
