| Clopidogrel | 75mg |
Uses
indications
Pinclos drugs are indicated in the following cases:
Clopidogrel has a selective inhibitory effect on adenosin diphosphate (ADP) on platelet receptors and consequently the intermediate activity ADP of Glycoprotein GPIIB/IIIA complex, thus inhibits the collection of platelets. Clopidogrel also inhibits platelet aggregation due to the amplification of platelet activation from ADP release.
Pharmacokinetics
absorption
After drinking, Clopidogrel is absorbed quickly but not completely, at least absorbing at least 50%. Food does not affect the bioavailability of clopidogrel.
Distribution
clopidogrel and carboxylic acid derivative high with protein (98% with clopidogrel and 94% with metabolites).
Metabolism
Clopidogrel metabolizes mainly in the liver, the main metabolites are inactive carboxylic acid derivatives. This metabolite accounts for 85% of the drug in plasma and reaches the peak concentration in plasma (about 3 mg/l after taking a dose of 75 mg repeated) after taking 1 hour.
Elimination
Clopidogrel and metabolites are excreted mainly in urine and feces; About 50% of oral doses are excreted in the urine and about 46% excreted in stool after 5 days of taking the drug. The half -life of the drug is 8 hours.
Before taking PINCLOS 75mg Incepta tablets reduce events due to atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction (3 blisters x 10 tablets)
How to use
pinclos is an oral medication according to the instructions of the treating doctor.
Dosage
Adults
The only dose of 75 mg/day, can be used or not at the same meal.
In patients with acute coronary syndrome without stir segment (unstable angina or myocardial infarction without Q): should start treatment at a dose of 300 mg of clopidogrel on the first day, then continue the dose of 75 mg/day (combined with acetylsalicylic acid 75 - 325 mg/day) in the following days.
Elderly or patients with renal failure
No dose adjustment.
children and young people
There is no data on the safety and effectiveness of the drug for patients under 18 years old.
Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist. What do
do when using overdose? Bleeding time increases to 1.7 times equivalent to Clopidogrel dose of 75 mg/day.
There is no drug that detoxifies the pharmacological activity of clopidogrel. Platelets can limit the effect of clopidogrel.
What to do when you forget a dose? However, if close to the next dose, skip the forgotten dose and take the next dose at the time as planned. Do not drink twice as prescribed.
Side Effects
When using PincoS, you may experience unwanted effects (ADR).
Common, ADR> 1/100
Skin and subcutaneous tissue: itchy. Uncommon, 1/1000 Instructions on how to handle ADR When experiencing side effects of the drug, it is necessary to stop using and notify the doctor or go to the nearest medical facility for timely treatment.
Warnings
Before using the drug you need to read the instructions carefully and refer to the information below.
Contraindicated
PINCLOS drugs contraindicated in the following cases:
There is pathological bleeding such as digestive ulcers or bleeding in the brain. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. In patients with acute myocardial infarction, do not start treating clopidogrel for the first few days after myocardial infarction. Like other anti -platelets, Clopidogrel should be used with patients with increased risk of bleeding due to trauma, surgery or other pathological conditions. Clopidogrel should stop using Clopidogrel 7 days before surgery to avoid platelet resistance. Clopidogrel extends the bleeding time and should be used carefully with patients who are likely to bleed (especially the stomach and intraocularity). Patients should be known when using clopidogrel longer than usual, they must stop using when bleeding appears and should notify abnormal bleeding for a doctor. Patients should notify the doctor and dentist to use Clopidogrel before surgery and before taking any new drug. Not much experience using clopidogrel in medium -sized liver failure patients who may have bleeding organs. Be cautious when using clopidogrel for these patients. Do not use clopidogrel with warfarin as it can increase the level of bleeding. Because of the ability to increase the risk of bleeding, caution should be used when combined with clopidogrel with acetylsalicylic acid, nonsteroidal anti -inflammatory drugs, heparin, or thrombolytic drugs. There is no relevant report, but Clopidogrel can cause headaches, dizziness, and loss of balance. Therefore should be cautious when driving or operating machinery. Studies of reproductive processes in mice and rabbits found that there is no sign of weakening fertility or miscarriage caused by clopidogrel. However, there are no adequate and controlled studies on pregnant women. Therefore, do not use clopidogrel during pregnancy. Because the drug has not been fully studied in breastfed babies, do not use clopidogrel for breastfeeding women. warfarin: Do not use clopidogrel with warfarin as it can increase the level of bleeding. Acetylsalicylic acid: Heparin: Pharmacological interaction between clopidogrel and heparin is possible, increasing the risk of bleeding. Therefore, be careful when used in combination. Non -steroid anti -inflammatory drugs (NSAID): Be cautious when used in combination with clopidogrel with NSAIDs due to the phenomenon of hidden gastric bleeding. Other combination of treatment: There is no clinical interaction with pharmacological significance when used in combination with clopidogrel with Atenolol, Nifedipin, or both Atenolol and Nifedipin. pharmacokinetics of Digoxin or theophyllin is not changed when combined with clopidogrel. Stomach antacids do not change the absorption time of clopidogrel. Phenytoin and Tolbutamid can be combined safely with clopidogrel. antifungal drugs (ketoconawl, fluconazole, voriconazole): avoid simultaneous use of clopidogrel with antifungal drugs. bupropion: Statin: Cyclosporin: Clopidogrel should be used cautiously when used simultaneously with cyclosporin A in kidney transplantation because the risk of drug interaction can reduce cyclosporin levels and cause acute transplantation. Be cautious when used
