How to use

Dosage

Peptic ulcer contaminated with Helicobacter pylori

Esomeprazole inhibits CYP2C19, the main enzyme metabolizes Esomeprazole. Therefore, when Esomeprazole is used with metabolic drugs with CYP2C19 such as diazepam, citalopram, ... The concentration of these drugs in plasma may increase and need to decrease the dose.

Concomitance Esomeprazol + amoxicillin + clarithromycin increases the concentration of ecomeprazol and 14 hydroxyclarithromycin in the blood.
