Indications
Protevir drugs are indicated in the following cases:
Antiviral activity: Tenofovir's EC50 is about 0.04 - 8.5μm. With HIV-1 strain group A, B, C, D, E, F, G and O, EC50 is about 0.5-2.2μm. With HIV-2 strains, EC50 is about 1.6-5μm.

Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate is absorbed and converted into fast tenofovir after drinking with peak concentrations after 1-2 hours. Birth in dieters is about 25% but increases when drinking at a high fat meal.
Distribution
Tenofovir is widely distributed throughout the body tissue, especially the kidney and liver. Tenofovir is linked to plasma proteins below 1% and with serum protein about 7%.
Elimination

The drug must be taken at full because the food increases the bioavailability of Tenofovir.
Storage
