Uses
indications
Regurgex 10mg drug is indicated in the following cases:
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
domperidon is absorbed in the digestive tract, but has low oral bioavailability (drinking at hunger only about 14%) due to the initial step metabolism of the liver and metabolism in the intestine.
The bioavailability of the drug after oral oral increases significantly if taking the drug 90 minutes after eating, but the time to reach the peak concentration in plasma is slowed down.
The drug is linked to plasma proteins from 92% to 93%. The drug metabolizes very quickly and is high in the liver thanks to hydroxylation and reducing oxidation of N-alkyl. Half -life eliminated in healthy people is about 7.5 hours and prolonged in people with impaired renal function. There is no phenomenon of drugs accumulated in the body due to renal failure, as the renal clearance is much lower than the total clearance of plasma.
Domperidon eliminates in feces and urine, mainly in the form of metabolites: 30% of oral doses excreted in urine for 24 hours (0.4% in intact form), 66% eliminated in feces within 4 days (10% in intact form). Domperidon almost does not pass the blood - brain barrier.
Before taking REGURGEX 10MG SQURE TREATMENT Symptoms of nausea and nausea (10 blisters x 10 tablets)
How to use
Take oral use. Take medicine 15 - 30 minutes ago to eat.
Should only use the lowest dose effectively in the shortest time to control vomiting and nausea.
Should take Regurgex 10mg before meals. If taken after meals, the drug may be slowly absorbed.
Maximum treatment time should not exceed a week.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents (aged 12 and older and weighing 35kg or more)

infants, young children, children (under 12 years old) and minors weighing under 35kg
This form of preparation is not suitable, can consider using oral fluid.
Patients with liver failure
contraindicated regurgex 10mg for patients with medium and severe liver failure. No need to adjust the dose for patients with mild liver failure.
Patients with renal failure
Due to the prolonged domeridon's selling time in patients with severe renal impairment, if repeated, the number of times the remedy of Regurgex 10mg should be reduced to 1 to 2 times/day and depending on the degree of renal failure and can be calibrated if necessary.
Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist. What to do when overdose?
In case of an overdose, it is necessary to take symptomatic treatments immediately. Should monitor the electrocardiogram due to the ability to cause extension of QT.
What to do when forgetting a dose? If you are forgotten 1 dose, you can skip the dose and continue to use the drug according to the same schedule. Do not double the dose to compensate for the forgotten dose.
Side Effects
When using Regurgex 10mg, you may experience unwanted effects (ADR).
Rare, ADR
When experiencing side effects of the drug, it is necessary to stop using and notify the doctor or go to the nearest medical facility for timely treatment.
Warnings

Contraindicated
Regurgex 10mg drug is contraindicated in the following cases:
Be cautious when used
only use domeridon for no more than 12 weeks for Parkinson's patient. The central nervous reaction may appear. Only use domperidon for Parkinson's patient when other safer anti -vomiting measures do not work.
kidney failure
Domperidon's waste time is prolonged in patients with severe renal impairment. In the case of repeated use, the frequency of giving domperidon should be reduced to 1 to 2 times/day depending on the degree of renal failure, and can adjust the dose if needed.
Heart effect
domperidon extends the QT interval on the electrocardiogram. In the process of after -sales monitoring, there are very few reports on extending the QT interval and torsion to the use of domperidon. These reports include patients with coincidential risk factors, electrolytes and medications that may be the factors that contribute to the effect on the heart.
Epidemic studies show that domeridon may increase the risk of severe ventricular arrhythmia or sudden cardiovascular disease (see unwanted effects). This risk is higher for patients over 60 years old, patients taking daily doses greater than 30mg and patients with simultaneous use of the drug extending the QT or CYP3A4 inhibitors.Use domperidon with the lowest doses effectively in adults and children.
Contraindicated domperidon for patients with prolonged heart impulsive transmission time, especially QT interval, patients with clear electrolytes (hypotension, hyperkalemia, hypoglycemia), slow heartbeat or patients with cardiovascular disease such as congestive heart failure due to increased risk of ventricular arrhythmia (see contraindication). Electrolyte disorders (hypotension, hyperkalemia, blood hypoglycemia) or slow heart rate have been known as a factor that increases the risk of arrhythmia.
Need to stop treatment with domperidon and exchange with health workers if there are any symptoms or signs that may be related to arrhythmia.
Advise patients to quickly report any symptoms on the heart.
The drug contains lactose and may not be suitable for patients who are unconcerned with lactose, galactose intolerance due to galactose metabolic deficiency or glucose/galactose malabsorption.
The effect of the drug on driving and operating machinery
has not seen a relevant report between Domperidone and the ability to drive, operate machinery.
Use drugs for women during pregnancy and lactation
pregnancy
Domperidon does not cause teratogenic. However, to be safe, avoid using drugs for pregnant people.
Breastfeeding period
Domperidon is excreted through breast milk and breastfed babies receive less than 0.1% dose according to the mother's weight. The adverse effects, especially the effect on the heart, can still occur after a baby breastfed. The benefits of breastfeeding and the benefits of mothers treat to decide to stop breastfeeding or stop/avoid domeridon treatment. Caution should be careful in case of risk factors that extend the QT range in breastfeeding.
Drug interaction
can use domperidon along with sedatives.
anti -cholinergic drugs can inhibit the effects of domperidone.
If using domperidon with antacids or acid -secreting drugs, it is necessary to take domperidone before meals and take antacids or acid secretion inhibitors after meals.
