Pneumonia with the community caused by Haemophilus Influenzae (including β-lactamase strains), Haemophilus parainfluenzae (including β-lactamase strains), Streptococcus pneumoniae (indicating strains sensitive to penicilin), and Moraxella Catatrhalis (including seminarians. β-lactamase).

The acute drama of chronic bronchitis caused by Haemophilus Influenzae (including β-lactamase strains), Haemophilus parainfluenzae (including β-lactamase strains), Streptococcus pneumoniae (sensitive to penicilin), and Moraxella Catatrhalis (including seminarians. β-lactamase).

Hampled sinusitis caused by Haemophilus influenzae (including β-lactamase strains), Streptococcus pneumoniae (indicating strains sensitive to penicillin) and Moraxella Catarrhalis (including β-lactamase strains).

Sore throat/tonsillitis caused by Streptococcus pyogenes.

Note: Cefdinir is effective in killing S. Pyogenes from the palate. However, Cefdinir has not been studied to prevent rheumatoid fever after sore throat/tonsillitis caused by S.Pyogenes. Only intramuscular penicillin has been shown to prevent rheumatism.

Patients with renal failure

For patients who are adults with creatinine clearance

Difficult to measure creatinine clearance in outpatient patients. However, the following formula can be used to predict creatinine clearance (CLCR) in adults. To predict valuable, serum creatinine level should reflect the level of stability of kidney function.

  • Male: Clcr = (Weight)*(140 - Age)/(72)*(Creatinin serum).
  • Women: Clcr = 0.85 x The above value.

    Patients who are getting hemorrhage

Hemorrhage can be removed from the body. In patients maintaining regular hemorrhage, the recommended starting dose regimen is 300 mg or 7 mg/kg per day. At the end of each appraisal, it is advisable to use 300 mg (or 7 mg/kg). The next doses later (300 mg or 7 mg/kg) are used every day.

Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist. What to do when using overdose?

  • Caution when using

    Warning:

Before starting treatment with cefdinir, measures should be taken to determine whether patients have allergic reactions to cefdinir, other cephalosporins, penicilin, or other drugs. If using cefdinir with patients sensitive to penicillin, should be cautious by the cross-reaction between ß-lactam antibiotics that have documents and may occur up to 10% for patients with a history of allergies to penicillin. If the allergic reaction occurs with CEFDinir, the drug must be stopped. Serious hypersensitivity reactions can be treated with epinephrin and other emergency measures, including oxygen, solution intravenous, antihistamine, corticosteroid, respiratory control as a clinical indicator.

Palmic colitis has been reported with almost all antibacterial agents, including CEFDinir, and may be seriously serious from mild to life -threatening.

Therefore, it is important to consider this diagnosis in patients with diarrhea after taking antibacterial drugs.

Treatment with antibacterial agents changes the normal bacterial system of the colon and may allow the excessive growth of Clostridia. Studies show that a poison produced by Clostridium difficile is a major cause of "colitis related to antibiotics."

After the diagnosis is sure to have fake colitis, it is necessary to establish appropriate treatment measures. Mild cases of fake colitis often respond to drug stopping. In case of average to severe, it is advisable to consider the use of additional therapies for liquids and electrolytes, protein supplements and antibacterial treatments with clinical effect against Clostridium difficile.

    Caution:

appointed cefdinir when not significantly infected or prescribed in case is not beneficial for patients and increases the risk of developing resistance bacteria.

As other broad spectrum antibiotics, prolonged treatment can lead to excessive appearance and growth of resistance bacteria. Need to monitor patients carefully. If the superinfection occurs during treatment, it is recommended to use appropriate alternative therapy.

As other broad -spectrum antibiotics, CEFDINIR indications for individuals with a history of bowel inflammation.

cefdinir does not cause teratogenic rats when taking a dose of up to 1000 mg/kg/day (70 times the dose for people when calculating on mg/kg/day, 11 times higher when calculating on mg/m2/day) or in rabbits when using a dose of up to 10 mg/kg/day (0.7 times the dose for humans when calculating on mg/kg/day, 0.23 times higher when calculating on mg/m2/day).

Mother's toxicity (weight reduction) is observed on rabbits with a maximum tolerance of 10 mg/kg/day without causing adverse effects for the child. The weight decreases in the mouse fetus at a dose of ≥ 100 mg/kg/day, and in the mouse with a dose of ≥ 32 mg/kg/day. No observation is effective on the parameters of the mother or reproductive, activity, development or survival function.

However, there is no adequate and well -controlled research on pregnant women. Because reproductive studies on animals cannot help predict the response in humans, this drug should only be used during pregnancy when really necessary.
