Rosiden gel is indicated for pain and anti -inflammatory cases in the following diseases:

rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, osteoarthritis.

Againon inflammation, acute musculoskeletal disease and sports injury.

Pharmacokinus

Piroxicam is an nonsteroidal anti -inflammatory drug, Oxicam, an anti -inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effect. The mechanism of action of the drug is not clear. However, the general mechanism for the above effects may be due to inhibition of prostaglandin synthetase and thus prevents the formation of prostaglandin, thromboxan, and other products of cyclooxygenase enzymes.

Piroxicam can also inhibit the activation of neutral stone leukemia, even when there are products of cyclooxygenase, so anti -inflammatory effects also include protooglycanase and collagenase inhibitors in cartilage.

Dynamic pharmacokinetics

After applying the single dose, equivalent to 15 mg of peak poloxicam absorption in the average plasma is 147 ng/ml.

After applying 1g gel, 2 times/day (corresponding to the daily dose of 20 mg of piroxicam), plasma concentrations in equilibrium are reached from 300 to 400 ng/mL.

Dosage
