Roxithromycin is an antibiotic macrolid, has a broad spectrum with Gram -positive bacteria and a few Gram -negative bacteria. Clinically Roxithromycin often works for Streptococcus Pyogenes, S. Viridans, S. Pneumoniae, Staphylococcus Aureus sensitive Methicillin, Bordetella Pertussis, Branhamella CatVrhalis, Coryenebacterium Diphtheriae, MyCoplasma Pneumoniae Chlamydia Trachomatis, Legionella Pneumophila, Helicobacter Pylori and Borrelia Burgdorferi.
Roxithromycin has antibacterial spectrum like benzyl penicilin.
