Sadapron 100 drugs are indicated in the following cases:

  • Treatment of primary and secondary hyperuricemia hyperuric hyperemia accompanied by uric acid gout, kidney disease with uric acid, recurrence of uric acid kidney stones, enzyme disorders, blood and cancer or cancer chemotherapy. Allopurinol and its main metabolites oxipurinol reduce uric acid content in plasma and urine with Xanthin oxydase, this enzyme catalyzes hypoxanthin oxidation into xanthin and xanthin into uric acid. The new purin biosynthesis is reduced by inhibition of Hypoxanthin-Guanin Phosphoribosyltransferase. Other metabolites of allopurinol are allopurinol-riboside and oxipurinol-7 ribosid.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

    How to use

    Dosage

    Adults:
