The impact of sodium RISDRONAT is determined by measuring the biochemical indicators of Chu Chuyen Bone during the pharmacological and clinical research period.

In the study in postmenopausal women, it is found to reduce biochemical indicators in the bone transfer within 1 month and reach the maximum of 3-6 months. Reducing biochemical indicators in bone transfer is similar to 35 mg/week and Riseadonate 5 mg/day/day for 12 months. In the study in the South, there was an osteoporosis, a decrease in bone movement at the earliest time of 3 months and continued to see at the time of 24 months.

    Pharmacokinetics

    absorption

The drug is absorbed quickly after taking a dose (TMAX about 1 hour) and independent of the dose in the research range (the only dose is from 2.5 mg to 30 mg, multiple doses of 2.5 to 5 mg/day and up to 50 mg/week). Oral bioavailability is 0.63% and reduces when using sodium Riseadronate along with food. Born in men and women similarly.

    Elimination

About half of the absorption dose is excreted through urine for 24 hours. The average renal clearance is 105 ml/min and the average total clearance is 122 ml/min, the difference of clearance can be attributed to the absorption of the bone. The renal removal does not depend on the concentration and linear between the renal and the clearinine clearance. Sodium Riseadronate does not absorb excretion in a constant form.
