    Promoting corneal elongation

Sodium Hyaluronate significantly promotes the long cornea epithelium relaxation compared to the evidence group (only cultured media) in the pieces of cultured cornea.

    Water retention characteristics

When the sodium hyaluronate solution is 0.1% - 1.0% in agar plugs (jelly buttons), the decrease in the mass of jelly buttons due to evaporated water has been prevented in the method depending on the concentration.
