Sara for Children is indicated for treatment of pain and fever from mild to medium.
Pharmacokological
paracetamol is a metabolic substance that has the activity of phenacetin, for pain relief - antipyretic. The drug acts on the hypothalamus causing cooling, increasing heat due to vasodilation and increased peripheral blood flow.
Paracetamol with a low dosage that affects the cardiovascular and respiratory system, does not change acid -base balance, does not cause irritation, scratches or stomach bleeding as when using salicylate because paracetamol does not work on the body cycloxygenase, only affects cycloxygenasel prostaglandin of the central nervous system.
Paracetamol does not work on platelets or bleeding time. Paracetamol reduces body temperature in fever but rarely reduces body temperature in normal people.

How to use
Sara for Children is used by oral.
Dosage
Children under 12 years old
Children 1 - 6 years old: 5 - 1 teaspoon (2.5 - 5 ml) every 4 hours.
Children 6 - 12 years old: 1 - 2 teaspoons (5 - 10 ml) every 4 hours.
or as directed by the physician.
Adults and children over 12 years old
2 - 4 teaspoons (10 - 20 ml) every 4 hours, a maximum dose of 4 g/day (16 teaspoons/day).
