Selsun shampoo 1.8% are indicated in the following cases:

Used for dandruff treatment and prevent, scalp itching and seborrheic dermatitis due to Malassezia fungal infection.

Pharmacology

Selenium sulfide has the anti -proliferation effect of scalp epidermis and hair follicles, thus reducing the reproduction of horn cells. The product is also active on some skin fungus including Malassezia (also known as Pityrosporum Ovale) is a dandruff fungus. Therefore, Selenium Sulfide is used in shampoo or topical preparations to prevent sebum and anti -fungal secretion.

With a formula containing 1.8% Selenium Sulfide, Selsun dandruff shampoo helps treat dandruff symptoms, scalp itching and seborrheic dermatitis.

How to use

Shake well before use.

Dosage

Apply 5 - 10 ml of shampoo to wet scalp, leave for 2-3 minutes for the drug to contact the scalp. Rinse with water.

Use 2 times/week for 2 weeks. Then use 1 time/week or 1 time/2 weeks.

Do not use the number of times too much.
