Indications

Philurso® drugs are indicated in the following cases:

  • Support the treatment of chronic liver diseases: fatty liver, hepatitis, cirrhosis. Ursodeoxycholic acid inhibits synthetic liver and excreted cholesterol, while inhibiting the absorption of cholesterol in the intestine.

Thiamin is a Cocnzyme metabolism of carbohydrates for carboxyl reduction of cetoacid alpha such as pyruvat and alpha-cetoglutarat and in using pentose in the Hexaose Monophosphate cycle.

riboflavin is transformed into 2 coenzymes, Flavin Mononucleotid (FMN) and Flavin Mononucleotid (FMN) and Flavin Adenin Dinucleotide (FMN), which are active coenzymes needed for tissue respiration. Riboflavin is also needed for the activation of pyridoxin, convert tryptophan into niacin, and related to the integrity of red blood cells.

    Dynamic pharmacy

Ursodeoxycholic acid is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and undergoing the liver -intestinal cycle.

A part of the drug is combined in the liver before being secreted into bile. Thanks to the effect of bacteria in the intestine, the form of free and combined form undergo 7α-dehydroxylation turned into lithocholic acid, a part of the receptor is excreted directly through the feces. The rest is absorbed, mostly conjugated and sulphate in the liver before eliminating the feces.

Thiamin absorbed easily through the gastrointestinal tract after drinking and is widely distributed in most tissues in the body. Thiamin is stored in the body with negligible amounts, the amount put into the needs of the body will be eliminated through urine in the form of constant or in the form of metabolism.

riboflavin is quickly absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract, distributed throughout the tissues but is less stored in the body. The amount of putting in excess of the body's needs will be eliminated in the form of constant urine. Riboflavin is also discharged in feces.
