Domela contains Bismuth Tripotassium dicitrate is a stable Bismuth salt complex in the form of glue that supports the treatment of peptic ulcer. Bismuth Tripotassium dicitrate is made up of acid pH with amino acids caused by necrotic ulcer to form protective membrane in the site of ulcer, and thus protects ulcers from gastric acid. It strengthens the protective mucus by stimulating the creation of endogenous Prostaglandin.

bismuth tripotassium dicitrate pushes H. pylori out of the stomach mucous membrane, so after treating the recurrence is lower than the H2 resistance treatment.

This amount of absorption depends on the initial dose and reaches a peak after 4 weeks of use. With a dose of 480 mg/day, bismuth concentration in the blood averages about 7 ng/ml (alarm concentration is 50 - 100 ng/ml).

Distribution

On testing animals, most bismuth absorbs to the kidneys, in other organs are just traces. On the unknown person.

transformation
