Sovalimus drugs are indicated for short -term and long -term cases of non -continuous treatment for patients with medium and severe dermatitis, but common replacement treatments are not indicated and risks or treatments for non -response patients who do not respond or intolerance to conventional treatment drugs.
Pharmacokic
tacrolimus is a macrolid immunosuppressant, caused by the streptomyces strain Tsukubaensis. The drug is only used in dermatitis.
The mechanism of action of Tacrolimus in dermatitis is not known. It has been proven that Tacrolimus inhibits the activity of T lymphocytes due to combined with cell protein (FKBP-12).
Tacrolimus-FKBP-12 complex, calcium, calcorulin and calcineurin are formed and phosphatase activity of Calcineurin is inhibited.
