SP LERDIPIN 10MG drug indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of mild to moderate high blood pressure.

Lercanidipin is a selective calcium channel blocker, belonging to the dihydropyridine group.

Mechanism of inhibiting extracellular calcium into the membrane of myocardial cell and blood vessel muscles.

The decrease in intracellular calcium inhibits the heart smooth muscle, causes coronary artery and systemic arteries, increases oxygen transport to myocardial tissue, leading to a decrease in peripheral resistance, lowering system blood pressure, and reducing post -burden.
