Sportal drug is indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of gynecological diseases:

  • Fungal infection Candida Vaginal - Vulgar.
  • Fungal fungal infections, tinea versicolor, Candida infection in the mouth, Mcholeum inflammation Eyes due to fungus.

    Treatment of body fungus:

  • Systemic fungal infections caused by Aspergillus and Candida. Blastomyces.
  • Sportothrix fungal infection. Ergosterol is an essential component of the fungal cell membrane. This synthetic decline creates antifungal effect.

    Itraconazole has a wide antifungal spectrum: Candida spp., Aspergillus spp.

    Facial fungi is inhibited by iTraconazole: Zygomycetes, Fusarium spp., Scedosporium spp.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

    absorption: fast absorption after drinking, the peak concentration reaches 2-5 hours after taking 1 capsule. Birth is about 55%, maximum bioavailability when drinking after food. Increased absorption when taken with acidic drinks.

    Distribution: Most iTraconazole combined with plasma protein 99.9%, mainly albumin 99.6%. Itraconazole has a strong affinity for lipids, only 0.2 % of free form.     How to use

    Take it after eating to achieve maximum absorption, swallow the whole tablet.

    Dosage

    Pussy-Tao Candida Fungal infection: 200 mg, 2 times/ day for 1 day or 200mg/ time/ day for 3 days.

    Fungal infections: 200 mg/ time/ day for 7 days or 100 mg/ time/ day for 15 days.

    Fungal infections in the soles of the feet or palms: 200 mg x 2 times/ day for 7 days or 100 mg/ time/ day for 30 days.

    versicolor: 200 mg/ day/ day for 7 days.

    Oral Candida infection: 100 mg/ time/ day for 15 days.

    Mushroom cornea is fungus: 200 mg/ day/ day for 21 days, should adjust the treatment time according to clinical response.

    Nail mushrooms due to dermatophyte or yeast:

  • Interimony treatment: One treatment is 2 capsules of 200 mg, 2 times/ day for 1 week, stopping 2 treatments for nail fungus and 3 waves for nail fungal infections. 3 weeks apart without drugs, clearly responding when the nails grow again and stop treatment, the treatment is described as the following table:

    Paracocioides infection: 100 mg/ time/ day for 6 months.

    Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist.

    What to do when overdose?

    Treatment: Applying supportive measures, can use activated carbon if needed.

    It is not possible to eliminate iTraconazol by hemolysis.

    There is no specific antidote.

    Contraindicated

    Sportal contraindicated in the following cases:

    Be cautious when using

    Risk heart failure may increase when the total dose of iTraconazole in the day increases.

    Be careful when used simultaneously with calcium blockers due to Itraconazole inhibits the metabolism of these drugs.

    Be cautious in patients sensitive to other azol drugs.

    Hearing loss when taking Sportal may recover when stopping the drug but may last in some patients.

    Sensitivity should be tested before using iTraconazol.

    Medicine data on children and the elderly is limited.

    Be cautious when taking drugs in patients with liver failure, kidney failure, cystic fibrosis.
