Pharmacokology

Stoccel P contains aluminum phosphate (aluminum phosphate) used as a gel antacids in the form of gel. Aluminum phosphate reduces excess gastric acid but does not neutralize: glue gel creates a protective film like mucus that covers the gastrointestinal mucosa. The protective membrane consists of a smooth dispersed phosphate aluminum, which quickly immediately causes inflammation and ulcers, protecting the gastric mucosa against external effects.

Normal drugs are not absorbed into the body and does not affect the acid -alkaline balance of the body. Aluminum phosphate dissolves slowly in the stomach and reacts with hydrochloric acid to form aluminum chloride and water.
