  • Pro -dependent prolactin such as breast cancer, pituitary tumor.

  • Chrome cells.
  • Children under 15 years old (before puberty).
  • Pregnant women, nursing women.

  • Not coordinated with the following drugs because it can cause heart torsion: Quinidin, disopyramid, processaramid, amiodaron, sotalol, bepridil, cisaprid, sultorid, thioridazin, erythromycin intravenously, venomnin intravenous injection, halofantrin, pentamidin, sparproxacin, sparfloxide Levodopa.
  • Precautions when used

as well as other neuroleptics, malignant neurological syndrome (high fever, muscle hardness, plant neurological disorders, CPK increases ...). When high fever, especially when taking high doses, it is necessary to stop using all mental drugs.

Hyperglycemia: has been recorded in patients treated with non -typical anti -psychotic drugs, including Amisulprid, so the patient has been diagnosed with diabetes or risk of diabetes when starting to treat with Amisulprid should closely monitor blood sugar.

renal failure: Amisulprid is eliminated through the kidneys, so the dose adjustments need to be adjusted in patients with renal impairment (see the dose section).

Epilepsy: Amisulprid lowered the epilepsy threshold. Should be cautious with patients with a history of epilepsy.

Elderly patients: Like other sedatives, so they are especially cautious in elderly patients due to the risk of hypotension and sedation. The patient's renal function may be reduced.

Parkinson: only use Amisulprid for Parkinson patients when really necessary, because it can worsen Parkinson's condition.

Symptoms of acute cessation include nausea, vomiting and insomnia have been described after stopping a sudden sudden sedation. The recurrence of mental symptoms can also occur and the occurrence of non -autonomous movement disorders have been reported. Therefore, when you want to stop using, gradually reduce the dose, avoid sudden stopping.

Amisulprid extends the QT range, which is at risk of severe ventricular arrhythmia such as twisting if the disease has previously been slow heart rate (less than 55 beats/ minute), reduced potassium, congenital QT interval.

In randomized clinical studies compared to the Placebo group in the elderly population group with memory decline and treated with typical anti -psychotic drugs, the risk of cerebral vascular events tripled and unknown mechanism. This possibility is not possible to occur when using other anti -psychotic drugs or in other population groups. Caution should be used with amisulprid in patients at risk of stroke

    Older people impaired memory:

  • Elderly memory losses treated with psychotic drugs are at higher risk of death. In patients using the drug is 4.5%, compared to 2.6% in the group using Placebo. Although there are many causes of death in clinical research using non -typical anti -psychotic drugs, most of the causes are caused by cardiovascular disease (such as heart failure, sudden death) or infection (such as pneumonia).

Tasiacinoma: Some cases of vasica (VTE) have been reported in patients using anti -psychotic drugs. Because patients treated with anti -psychotic drugs often suffer from VTE risk factors, all VTE risk factors should be identified before, during and after using Amisulprid.

Breast cancer: Amisulprid increases prolactin levels. Therefore, be careful in patients with a history or family history of breast cancer.

Hematoma: leukopenia, neutropenia and granulocytopenia have been recorded with anti -psychotic drugs, including Amisulprid. Infectious infections or fever may be evidence that the drug affects blood and is needed immediately blood tests.

The ability to drive and operate machinery

Even when using the doses as recommended Amisulprid can still cause drowsiness, drowsiness, affecting the ability to drive and operate machinery. Should be cautious.

    Pregnancy

In animals, Amisulprid does not show reproductive toxicity. It has been observed that reducing fertility (related to pharmacological effects causing increased prolactin secretion of the drug). No monster effect of Amisulprid.

Clinical data used for pregnant women is limited. Therefore, safety in pregnant women has not been established.

It is not recommended to use drugs during pregnancy unless the benefits are superior to the risk.

Women who are likely to be pregnant should talk to the doctor about effective contraception before using the drug.

Babies exposed to anti -psychotic drugs (including amisulprid) in the last 3 months of pregnancy are at risk of side effects including symptoms of outsiders and/ or symptoms of quitting drugs with different severity and time. There have been reports of symptoms such as excitement, spasticity, reduced tone, tremor, drowsiness, respiratory failure or eating disorders. Therefore, babies need to be carefully monitored.

    Breastfeeding period

unknown Amisulprid is excreted in milk or not, contraindicated for breastfeeding women.

    Drug interaction

Contraindicated in combination with the following drugs

  • IAA anti -arrhythmic drugs such as Quinidin, Disopyramid, Procainamid.
  • Anti -arrhythmia group III such as Amiodaron, Sotalol.
  • Medications such as Bepridil, Cisaprid, SultoPrid, Thioridazin, Erythromycin intravenously, intravenous venomin, halofantrin, pentamidin, sparfloxacin.

  • levodopa.
  • Do not coordinate: Amisulpidi increases the effects of alcohol on central nerves.

    Be careful when coordinating

Medications increase the risk of heart torsion:

  • Medications that slow heart rate such as beta receptor blockers, calcium channel blockers such as diltiazem, verapamil, clonidin, guanfacin, digitalis.
  • Medications that cause hypokalemia: Diuretics lower potassium potassium, laxative stimulants, amphoticin b intravenously, glucocorticoid, tetracosate.
  • Neurological drugs such as Pimozid, Haloperidol, Imipramin, Lithium.
  • Should consider when coordinating

  • Central neurological inhibitors such as sedatives, anesthesia, analgesics, H1 antihistamines cause drowsiness, barbiturat, benzodiazepine and other anti -anxious drugs.
  • Antid for hypertension or drugs that cause hypotension.
  • Dopamine beneficiaries (such as levodopa): because of the effect of Amisulprid.
