Sumakin drugs are indicated in the following cases:

Sumakin is indicated for treatment of infections as follows:

Infection of the mouth and respiratory tract: otitis media, sinusitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, pneumonia, bronchitis ... (especially in severe or recurrent cases).

Abdominal infections, gynecological infections.

Urinary tract infections: Especially in cases of recurrent or complicated cystitis.

Skin infections and soft tissue: Lymphacicitis, cellular inflammation, open wounds or teeth abscess and mouth due to staphylococcus aureus.

Pharmacokinus

Sumakin is a drug that has a bactericidal effect on amoxicillin-sensitive bacteria, amoxicillin combination with sulbactam helps amoxicillin from beta-lactamase. The mechanism of action of amoxicillin inhibits the protein biosynthesis of the bacterial cell wall, leading to bacterial kill.

Amoxicillin as well as other aminopenicillin, have anti -vitro anti -Vitro activity, Gram -positive and Gram -negative bacteria (except for penicillinase strains), some anaerobic and anaerobic bacteria and some bacteria. The drug also has anti -vitro activity with some Gram -negative and anaerobic bacteria, the drug has anti -Mycoplasma, Rickettsia, mushroom and virus effects.

Actinomyces, Arachnia, Bifidobacterium, Clostridium Tetani, C. Perfringens, Eubacterium, Lactobacillus, Peptococcus, Peptostreptococus and propionibacterium, fusobacterium.

Bacteria:

Treponema Pallidum, Borelia Burgdoferi causes disease.

Gram -positive bacteria:

Enterococcusfusfaecium.
