Sumakin drugs are indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of mouth and respiratory infections: otitis media , sinusitis , tonsillitis, sore throat, laryngitis, tracheitis, pneumonia , bronchitis .... (especially in severe or recurrent cases). Especially in cases of recurrent or complicated cystitis. Amoxicillin with sulbactam in a ratio of 1: 1 helps Amoxicillin not be destroyed by beta-lactamase. The mechanism of action of amoxicillin is inhibiting the protein biosynthesis of bacterial cell walls, leading to killing bacteria. The drug has a bactericidal effect during the division of sensitive bacteria.

Sulbactam is an unfavorable competitive inhibitor with beta lactamase.

This combination has an amoxicillin antibacterial effect and expansion of antibacterial spectrum with beta lactamase strains.

Dosage

Patients with hemolysis: 500mg every 24 hours and add an additional dose after fertilizer.
