    pharmacokinetic

can detect desloratadin concentration in plasma within 30 minutes after taking the drug. Desloratadin absorbs well to the peak concentration in plasma after about 3 hours, the sale time is about 27 hours. The accumulation of desloratadin is suitable for the sale time (about 27 hours) and a dose once a day. The bioavailability of desloratadine is proportional to the dose within 5 - 20 mg.

Desloratadin is moderately linked to plasma proteins (83 - 87%). There is no evidence of clinical accumulation after taking a dose of 5 - 20 mg daily in 14 days.

It is not known to be responsible for metabolism of desloratadin, so it has not completely excluded the interaction with some other drugs. Desloratadin does not inhibit CYP3A4 and CYP2D6, nor is the substrate or inhibitor P-Glycoprotein.

Testing for single dose of 7.5 mg Desloratadin dose, no effect of food (breakfast rich in fat and energy) on pharmacokinetics of Desloratadin.
