Tadalafil Stella 10mg is indicated in cases of erectile dysfunction treatment. The drug only works when there is sexual stimulation.

Pharmacokology

Tadalafil is a selective and restoring inhibitor of Guanosin Monophosphate (CGMP) - especially Phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5). When sexual stimulation leads to on -site nitric release, the PDE5 inhibitor of Tadalafil increases the CGMP concentration in the cave.
