Pharmacokology

Mechanism of action

Itoprid hydrochloride increases the release of acetylcholin (ACH) due to the antagonistic effect of 9 D2 dopamine receptors, and inhibits the decomposition of acetylcholin released through the superiority of acetylcholinesterase, leading to increased gastric motivation.

Increases stomach and intestinal motility

Increases the stomach peristalsis ITOPRIDY HYDROCLORID, which increases the gastrointestinal motility of the dog at the time of awakening, depending on the bureaucracy.

Itoprid hydrochloride inhibits vomit in dogs caused by apomorphin, this effect depends on the dose.

Dosage

The usual oral dose for adults is 150mg of iToprid hydrochloride 3 capsules daily, divided 3 times, 1 tablet each time.
