indications

Tears Naturale II drugs are indicated in the following cases:

  • Cases of dry eyes such as corneal inflammation and sjugren syndrome, treatment and reduction of discomfort caused by those diseases. Learning

Tears Naturale II Small eye solution contains DEXTRAN 70 and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hypromellose), a water -soluble polymer system (Duasorb) that can be connected to the eyes available in the eye to help increase the corneal wet. Through the combination with the available tears to form a membrane on the cornea surface, this film is maintained through adhesion.

Tears Naturale II increases the durability of the tear film thanks to the physiological blend, thus helping the cornea wet naturally. The drug helps to extend the tear time in the eyes, although the viscosity of the drug solution is not high. The drug helps to improve the wetness of the cornea and the durability of the tear film, based on evidence from the soluble time studies of the tear film.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

There are very little data on the absorption of polyquannium-1 and hypromellose.

Hypromellose has a large molecular molecule (86000 Dalton) and therefore difficult to absorb. The oral absorption of Hypromellose has been shown to be very little on the mouse. Hypromellose is said to be a very small metabolite.

Polyquontecti - 1 is a high molecular compound (4600 - 11000 Dalton) and a large density, so it is predicted to not be absorbed.
