Indications

Telfast drugs are indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of allergic rhinitis: Telfast BD 60mg is indicated for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and children aged 12 and older. The drug reduces itching and a significant amount of urticaria. Fexofenadin is an active metabolite of terfenadin but no longer toxic to the heart due to not inhibiting potassium channels associated with myocardial cycles. Fexofenadin has no significant effect on cholinergic or dopaminergic resistance and has no inhibiting receptor of Alpha -1 or beta adrenergic. At the treatment dose, Fexofenadin does not cause drowsiness or affects the central nervous system. The drug has a fast and prolonged effect.
