Chronic bronchitis is caused by strains of Haemophilus influenzae, Haemophilus parainfluenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Moraxella Catatrhalis.
Sinusitis caused by strains of Haemophilus Influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Moraxella CatVrhalis.
Sore throat/tonsillitis is caused by streptococcus pyogenes.
Non -complicated dermatitis and tissue caused by staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus pyogenes.
For children from 6 months - 12 years old
Musical medicine is more suitable than capsules.
Pharmacokological
The mechanism of action of CEFDinir is to inhibit the synthesis of bacteria walls. Cefdinir has a broad spectral activity against Gram -positive and gram -negative microorganisms. Cefdinir works most on the in vitro and clinical bacteria such as:
Aerobic Gram-positive bacteria, including: Staphylococcus aureus (including the Beta-Lactamase seminarians), Streptococcus Pneumoniae (penicillin sensitive strain), Streptococcus pyogenes.
Aerobic gram-negative bacteria, including: Haemophilus influenzae, Haemophilus parainfluenzae, Moraxella Catatrhalis (including beta-lactamase seminarians).
Cefdinir does not work on Pseudomonas, Entobacter Species, anti -methicilin -resistant saphylococci and anaerobic bacteria.
pharmacokinetic
absorption
CEFDINIR's peak plasma concentration is reached within 2 to 4 hours after drinking. Foods containing high fat content will reduce the absorption capacity of the drug from 16% to 10%. So do not use cefdinir with food.
Distribution
The average distribution of CEFDinir in adults is 0.35 l/kg. CEFDinir is connected to plasma about 60 - 70%, this cohesion does not depend on concentration. Cefdinir can be distributed into phlegm, tonsils, sinuses, mucous membranes, ear production, tissue in the mouth. Cefdinir does not see breast milk.
Metabolism
Cefdinir is not metabolized.
Elimination
Cefdinir is excreted mainly through the kidney with half -life of semi -excreted life of 1.7 hours. Cefdinir clearance in patients with renal function.
Before taking Tenadinir Maxim medicine for mild and medium infections (1 blister x 10 tablets)
How to use
Take oral use. Do not drink with cefdinir with food.
Dosage
Dosage for all infections is 600 mg/day/day and treatment within 10 days. There is no one -day -dose research for people with pneumonia and skin. So only drink 2 times/day in these patients.
600mg every 24 hours
600mg every 24 hours
600mg every 24 hours
Patients with renal failure
Adults
Creatinine clearance
Pediatric patients
Creatinine clearance
Patients with hemorrhage
Due to the hemorrhage excretion of cefdinir from the body, for patients with chronic separation, the starting dose is 300mg or a dose of 7mg/kg x 2 days once. After each hemolytic refinement, use 1 dose of 300mg or 7mg/kg/day x 2 days.
Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist.
What to do when overdose? Signs and symptoms of poisoning after overdose with other beta lactam antibiotics include: nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, outside and convulsions.
Cefdinir can be removed from the body through hemorrhage. In case of severe poisoning due to overdose, hemorrhage can help eliminate Cefdinir from the body. That may be useful in case of severe poisoning due to overdose use, especially if the renal function is impaired.
In an emergency, call the 115 emergency center immediately or go to the nearest local health station.
What to do when you forget a dose? However, if close to the next dose, skip the forgotten dose and take the next dose at the time as planned. Note that it should not be used double the prescribed dose.

Other caution:
When doubtful or uncertain about infections or preventive indications, patients should not take the drug as it may increase the risk of developing bacteria against drugs.
