Tetracyclin through the placenta and appears in the fetal circulation with a concentration of 25 - 75% compared to the concentration of drugs in the mother's blood. The drug is attached to the bone during the new bone formation, the calcification process and affects the process of forming bones and teeth.

Drug interaction
tetracyclin and penicillin: Tetracyclin reduces penicillin activity in the treatment of meningitis caused by pneumococcal and may also be pink.
tetracyclin and anti -acid drugs: plasma tetracyclin concentrations lead to antibiotic treatment activity significantly or completely lost if used with aluminum, bismut, calcium or magnesi -containing drugs.
Tetracycline and diuretics: There are recommendations not to coordinate tetracyclin with diuretics because this interaction leads to hyperur with hyperur.
Tetracyclin and iron -containing preparations: combination of tetracyclin with iron salts significantly reduces the absorption of both drugs in the intestine, leading to a decrease in serum levels, treatment effect reduction or loss. If it is required to use both of these drugs, the time to drink them must be apart as long as possible to avoid mixing these two drugs in the intestine.
Tetracyclin and milk and dairy products: absorbing tetracyclin significantly (up to 70 - 80%) if used in the same milk and dairy products, leading to reduction or loss of treatment ability.
