Contraindicated
Mome Air 60 nasal spray is contraindicated in the following cases:
Be cautious when using
Mome Air nasal spray must be used for patients with non -functional respiratory tuberculosis or active, or systemic viruses, bacteria, unac for treatment or herpes simplex in the eye.
After 12 months of treatment with Mome Air nasal spray, there is no evidence of nasal atrophy, the same way, Mometason Furoat tends to restore the nasal mucosa close to the normal model.
As with any long -term treatment, patients who use Mome Air nasal spray for several months or longer must be periodically checked for possible changes in the nasal mucosa.
If the fungal infection appears in the nose or throat, the Mome Air nasal spray is discontinued or may require appropriate treatment. Persistent nose and throat irritation may be an indication to stop the Mome Air nasal spray.
Although Mome Air will control the symptoms of the nose in most patients, simultaneously adding appropriate therapies can reduce other symptoms, especially eye symptoms.
There is no evidence of the hypothalamus of the hypothalamus-HPA (HPA) after prolonged treatment with Mome Air nasal spray. However, patients transferred from long -term use of systemic corticosteroids to Mome Air nasal sprays that need to be carefully monitored.
Corticosteroid cessation of systemic corticosteroids in these patients can lead to adrenal insufficiency for several months until the function of the HPA axis recovers. If these patients show signs and symptoms of adrenal insufficiency, the use of corticosteroids must be repeated and other treatments and appropriate evaluation must be conducted.
While transferring the word corticosteroids to the Mome Air nasal spray, some patients may have symptoms of stopping the use of systemic -acting corticosteroids (for example, joint pain and or muscles, fatigue and begin to depression), despite the reduction of nose symptoms and will need encouragement to continue the treatment of Mome Air nasal spray. Such medication may also be revealing allergens that exists in advance such as allergic conjunctivitis and Eczema, which has been previously inhibited by systemic therapy.
Safety and effectiveness of Mome Air nasal spray has not been studied for use in the treatment of one -sided polyp tumor, polyps related to cystic fibrosis or polyp completely obstructed the nasal cavity.
Polyps are rare or irregular, especially ulcers or bleeding should be considered more carefully.
Patients who use corticosteroids that have been inhibited immunosuppressants must be warned of the risk of exposure to infections (e.g. chickenpox, measles) and the importance of a physician's consultation if there are such contacts.
After using sprayed corticosteroids into the nose, the cases of separate puncture of the nasal septum or increased intraocular pressure have been reported very rare.
Safety and effectiveness of Mome Air nasal spray for nasal polyps in children and teenagers under 18 have not been studied.
The systemic effect of corticosteroids nasal spray is possible, especially at high doses for a long time. Development retardation has been reported in children with corticosteroid treatment for the nasal doses at the allowed dose.
Recommendations for the height of children with long -lasting corticosteroid nasal sprays must be monitored regularly. If the development is slowed down, the therapy should be reviewed with the goal of reducing the corticosteroid dose using the nose, if possible, the lowest dose has the effect of controlling symptoms should be maintained.
Used in pregnant and lactating women
There are no well -controlled or complete studies on pregnant women. After nasal spraying the maximum clinical recommendations for patients, the concentration of mometason in plasma is not measured, so the exposure of the fetus with the drug is thought to be negligible and the ability to be toxicity with reproduction is very low.
Like other corticosteroids for other nose, Mome Air nasal spray should only be used for pregnant women, nursing mothers or women at breeding age when benefits may be greater than the potential risk for mothers, fetuses and young children. Children with mothers use corticosteroids during pregnancy must be carefully monitored about adrenal insufficiency.
The ability to drive and operate machinery
