Indications
Tomax Genta drugs are indicated in the following cases:
Tomax Genta is a on -site, broad spectrum. There is a combination of 3 main active ingredients: clotrimazol, triamcinolon acetonid, gentamicin sulfate. With pharmacological properties as follows:
Clotrimazol: A broad -spectrum antivirus drug used to treat skin diseases caused by different types of fungus and also work on Trichomonas, Staphylocus and Bacteroides. There is no effect on lactobacili. Clotrimazol is linked to phospholipids in the fungal cell membrane, changing the absorbent of the membrane, causing loss of intracellular essential substances that lead to the destruction of mushroom cells. Invitro, Clotrimazol have the effect of restraining and killing fungi. Depending on the concentration, with Trichophyton Rugbrum, Trichophyton Mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton Floccosum, Microsporunrcanis and Candida species. Natural resistance with rare clotrimazol.
triamcinolon acetonid is a substance of the corticoide family that has anti -inflammatory effects through a variety of different mechanisms. It has the effect on the multiplication receptor to inhibit the generation of many cells and many factors present in the inflammatory process of the chest, thus reducing the release of vascular and dynamic movements, reducing the secretion of tissue and protein pepper, reducing leukemia in damaged areas, and eventually reducing fiber chemistry. All lead to reducing inflammation.
Gentamicin Sulfate: An antibiotic of the aminoglycosides, which kill bacteria through inhibiting bacterial protein biosynthesis. The actual gentamicin antibacterial spectrum includes Gram -negative aerobic bacteria and bacterial capacitors, including strains producing penicillinase and methicillin resistance.
pharmacokinetic pharmacokinetics
absorption: The drug can be absorbed through the skin to enter the bloodstream but with very small doses (1-1.5%). The skin absorbed through the skin is excreted through bile and urine.
gentamicin sutfate
Distribution: When absorbed into the blood gentamicin sutfate is attached to plasma proteins. Gentamicin sulfate diffuses mainly on extracellular fluids and easily diffuse into foreign ears.
Metabolism - Elimination: In the blood, half -life of Gentamicin Sulfate from 2 to 3 hours, can last in patients with renal impairment. Gentamicin sulfate is not metabolized and eliminated (almost unchanged) into the urine through the glomerular filtration, in a stable state, at least 70% of the dose is exported to urine for 24 hours. Gentamicin sulfate is also accumulated to some extent in the tissue of the body, especially in the kidney.
triamcinolon acetonid
absorption - distribution: When absorbed into the blood, triamcinolon acetonid is distributed into all tissues in the body (muscles, liver, skin, intestines, kidneys ...). The drug can pass the placenta and secret the milk.
Metabolism - Elimination: Triamcinolon acetonid metabolizes mainly in the liver, partly in the kidney, and the exit through the urine, half -life of plasma is 2 - 5 hours. Links to plasma albumin.
Clotrimazol
Six hours after applying the cream and 1% solution of radioactive clotriTrimazole on the skin intact and on acute inflammatory skin, clotrimazol concentration varies from 100mcg/cm3 in the horny layer to 0.5 - 1mcg/cm3 in the spinning layer and 0.1mcg/cm3 in the subcutaneous tissue layer.

What to do when overdose? Apply clotrimazol six hours after applying 1% cream clotrimazol to the skin intact or acute inflammation, clotrimazol levels vary from 100 mcg/cm3 in the horn layer to 0.5 - 1 mcg/cm3 in mesh layer and 0.1 mcg/cm3 under the skin.
No quantitative radioactive substance (0.001 mcg/ml) in the serum within 48 hours after applying and then irritating 0.8g cream is marked into the healthy skin or the disease and then sealed for 6 hours to prevent the quantitative amount of radioactive substance into the drug serum (the lowest limit is 0.001 mcg/ml), almost no overdose when using clotrimazole.
Use more than a single dose of Gentamicin Sulfate will not cause symptoms.
Using Gentamicin Sulfate in place excessive or prolonged can aggravate the damage due to unsure microorganisms.
Handling: appropriate symptomatic treatment should be treated. Symptoms of adrenal gland growth often recover. Treatment of electrolyte balance if necessary. In the case of chronic poisoning, the triamcinolon should be slowly.
