The peak concentration of the drug is a bit higher than that has appeared after 10 hours of using the second dose of 0.05%Clobetasol cream. The peak concentration of plasma is about 2.3 or 4.6 ng/ml appearing in another study nearly 3 hours after applying a single dose of 25 g of 0.05% fat in patients with psoriasis or Eczema corresponding.
