Uses

Indications

Transamin medicine are indicated in the following cases:

  • Treatment of trend of bleeding due to increased body fibrin in the following cases: leukemia, anemia, hemorrhage, abnormal bleeding during or after surgery.

    Pharmacokology

    Plasmin resistance effect:

Tranexamic Acid is strongly attached to the Lysine link position (LBS), a affinity position with fibrin of plasmin and plasminogen, and inhibits the link of plasmin and plasminogen on fibrin. Therefore, the decomposition by plasmin is strongly inhibited. With the presence of plasmin resistance such as α2 - macroglobulin, in plasma, fibrin resistance effect of Tranexamic acid is also enhanced.

    Hemostatic effect:

excessive plasmin causes platelet capacitors, the decomposition of blood clotting agents, etc., but even a slight increase also makes the specific degeneration of Fibrin occur first. Therefore, in cases of normal bleeding, the presence of tranexamic acid produces hemostasis by eliminating that fibrin decomposition.

    pharmacokinetic
