  • Pharmacy

    Pharmacological treatment group: Dopamine owner.

Piribedil is a dopamine owner (stimulating dopamine receptor and dopamine transmission paths in the brain).

In humans, the pharmaceutical impact mechanism proves by clinical pharmacological studies:

  • Stimulates the generation of electricity in the brain "dopamine" both when awake and sleep.
  • Clinical activity for different functions controlled by dopamine, this activity is shown by using mental behavioral evaluation scale.

  • Moreover, Piribedil increases blood flow in the thigh.
  • Dynamic pharmacology

    Piribedil is quickly absorbed.

Maximum concentration achieved after taking Piribedil 1 hour.

The blood levels decreased by two phases: the first phase with the sale time of 1.7 hours, the second phase is slower, the sale time is 6.9 hours.

Piribedil metabolizes strongly with two main metabolites: a hydroxylation derivative and a dihydroxylation derivative. Piribedil is out of the urine: 68% of Piribedil absorbed the post through the kidneys in the form of metabolites, 25% of the bile.

The tablet contains 50mg of slow -released piribedil that allows the active ingredient to be absorbed and released in possible stickers.

Human pharmacokinetics studies have shown the 24 -hour therapeutic effect.

50% of the drug is exported in the urine at 24 hours and the entire amount of drugs will be exported after 48 hours.
