Pharmacokology

aluminum phosphate

Aluminum phosphate has the effect of reducing excess acid but does not neutralize. Gel -shaped gel creates a protective film that covers the gastrointestinal mucosa. The protective film includes smooth dispersed aluminum aluminum, causing quickly instant inflammation and ulcers, protecting the gastric mucosa against external effects and making the patient comfortable immediately. Normally, the drug is not absorbed into the body and does not affect the body's acid -alkali balance.

aluminum phosphate dissolves slowly in the stomach and reacts with hydrochloric acid to form aluminum chloride and water. Aluminum chloride forms absorbed and excreted through the kidneys, not absorbed phosphate aluminum will be stirred through feces. Aluminum phosphate has the advantage of not affecting the absorption of phosphate of the intestinal tract.

Magnesi Oxid

Magnesi Oxid reacts with hydrochloride acid to form magnesi chloride and water. About 15 - 30% of the magnesium chloride generated is absorbed and then eliminated through urine in people with normal renal function.

Magnesi oxid is soluble in gastric acid, which neutralizes gastric acid, or a cushion for gastric juice, but does not affect the production of gastric juice. As a result, gastric pH increases, reducing acid increased symptoms. The drug also reduces the acidity in the esophagus and reduces the effects of pepsin enzymes.

Magnesi Oxid also has a laxative effect, in combination with aluminum phosphate to reduce the constipation effect of phosphate aluminum.
