Folic acid also participates in some amine acid changes, in formation and use of formate.

    pharmacokinetics

    Folic acid:

The drug is accumulated in the liver and is actively focused in cerebrospinal fluid. Each day about 4–5 mcg excreted through urine. Folic acid passes through the placenta and is in breast milk.

    iron (II) sulfate:

iron is absorbed in the duodenum and head close to the colon. Ordinary people do not lack iron to absorb about 0.5–1 mg of iron per day. Iron absorption increases when low iron reserves or increased iron demand. Iron absorption decreases when there is chelpine or complex substances in the intestine and increases when there is HCI acid and vitamin C.

Iron is stored in the body in two forms: ferritin and hemosiderin. About 90% of iron inserted into the body.
