Uses

Leaf cancer (uplifting cancer, acbeal gland, egg pregnancy), leukemia.

rheumatoid arthritis.

Severe psoriasis that other treatments do not meet.

How to use

Oral drugs, should drink when hungry.

Dosage

leukemia

oral methotrexate dose 3.3 mg/m2/day + Prednison 60 mg/m2/day for 4-6 weeks. Maintenance dose: Take the dose of 30 mg/m2 per week divided 2 times

Leaf cancer

Oral dose: 10-30 mg/day x 5 days. Repeat the treatment after a period of 7-12 days when the signs of toxicity are gone.

rheumatoid arthritis

oral dose: 7.5-20 mg once a week or divided into 3 times, each time 12 hours apart.

Psoriasis

Oral dose: 7.5-20 mg once a week or divide the dose into 3 times, each time 12 hours apart.

Should be used when hungry

What to do when overdose?

In an emergency, call the 115 emergency center immediately or go to the nearest local health station.

What to do when you forget 1 dose?

If you forget a dose, use it as soon as possible. However, if close to the next dose, skip the forgotten dose and take the next dose at the time as planned. Note that it should not be used double the prescribed dose.

Side Effects

Headache, dizziness.

Stomatitis, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, anorexia.

significantly increasing liver enzyme.

Hair loss, skin edema, red rash, itching, urticaria.

Increased risk of infection.
Bone marrow inhibitor causes leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia even low doses.

Hepatitis after high and prolonged doses; Increase transaminase recovery after the single dose injection.

Reduce kidney function, especially when using high doses

Precautions when using

Patients with a history of allergies/hypersensitivity to the drug; renal failure; liver failure; diarrhea, gastrointestinal ulcer; Stomach ulcers, colon ulcers; Hematological disorders; reducing marrow production; Chickenpox; complications of infection; Mental disorders.

People who are likely to be pregnant and elderly.

Children

Do not coordinate the injection in the spinal cord with radiation therapy TKTW

Drug interaction

Be cautious shared: salicylat, sulfonamid, sulfonylure, phenytoin, phenylbutazon, tetracyclin, chloramphenicol, aminobenzoic acid, nsAID (high doses), penicillin groups.

Should not be shared: The drug has the same pharmacological properties similar to pyrimethamine; Virus vaccine, preparations containing folic acid include vitamin preparations; Retinoid, azathioprin, sulfasalazin; Theophyllin.

Storage

Leave a cool place, avoid light, temperature below 30 degrees Celsius, stay out of reach of children.
