Urdoc drugs are indicated in the following cases:

Diseases in bile ducts and gallbladder (chronic cholecystitis, cholecitis) due to reduced bile secretion.

Improve liver function in chronic liver disease. Young and indigestion due to small bowel inflammation. This may be because one of the mechanisms is to reduce cholesterol synthesis in the liver or reduce cholesterol absorption or both.

Dynamic pharmacokinetics

Ursodeoxycholic acid is well absorbed from the stomach - intestines and up to 50 - 60% is metabolized through the liver - intestinal system.

How to use

Take oral use.

Dosage

Hypergathed blood lipids, sequelae due to removal of small intestine, indigestion due to small intestinal inflammation:

Adults: 50 - 100 mg Ursodeoxycholic acid, drink 3 times/day.

Improving liver function, bile disease (gallbladder and bile ducts), liver disease due to bile secretion:

Adults: 200 mg Ursodeoxycholic acid, drink 3 times/day.

gallstones:

8 - 12 mg/kg/day before going to bed or divided into 2-3 times.

Duration of use: 6 - 24 months depending on the size of the stones and the composition of stones.

primary cirrhosis:

10 - 15 mg/kg/day, divided into 2-4 times.

Drug interaction

Ursodeoxycholic acid should not be used simultaneously with coal, colestgramine, colestipol or antacids containing aluminum hydroxide and/or smectite (aluminum oxide), because these products bond Ursodexolic in the intestine and thus inhibit its absorption and effectiveness. If used must be at least 2 hours before or after using ursodeoxycholic acid.
