Treatment cirrhosis Molecular stasis (PBC) and dissolve the radiation of the gallstones in patients with gallbladder operating.
Pharmacokology
ursodiol is a secondary bile acid (secondary) produced from intestinal bacteria, while primary bile acids are produced from the liver and accumulated in the gallbladder. When excreted into the colon, primary bile acids can be converted into secondary bile acids by intestinal bacteria strains.
Primary and secondary bile acids help the body digest lipids. Ursodiol has an activity that regulates the balance between the components of bile (reduces cholesterol synthesis in bile), stimulates and helps regenerate liver cells, creating favorable conditions to dissolve cholesterol stones.
Although Ursodiol is not a derivative of animals produced from animals, it has been found in large quantities in bear bile. Ursodiol has the effect of promoting the absorption and esterification of vitamins B1 and B2.
pharmacokinetics
absorption:
Ursodiol is quickly absorbed.
Distribution:
After taking 96-98% is connected to plasma proteins and is transferred directly to the liver, only a small amount of circulation within the circulation.
Metabolism:
Ursodiol quickly absorbed into the liver and binded to glycin or taurin and then discharged into the bile. A small ratio of Ursodiol is subject to metabolism in the liver cycle.
Era:
Ursodiol eliminates through breast milk, kidneys, and mainly through stool.
