Uses
indications
Usasartim 300 3x10 Ampharco is indicated in the following cases:
Kidney pathology in patients with diabetes Type 2: Treatment of diabetes with diabetes with hyperactive blood and protein urine in patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes. Irbesartan helps reduce renal disease progression in these patients.
Pharmacology
Irbesartan is an Angiotensin II receptor receptor. Angiotensin II is a strong vascular contraction substance formed from angiotensin I in a reaction of the catalyzed angiotensin transferred enzymes. Irbesartan inhibits vascular shrinkage and aldosteron effects of Angiotensin II by attaching the AT1 receptors of Angiotensin II. Irbesartan does not inhibit angiotensin transfer enzymes, so the drug does not affect the metabolism of Bradykinin and therefore has little side effects.
Dynamic pharmacology
Irbesartan is absorbed quickly and completely by oral with an average bio -axioming of about 60 - 80%. The peak concentration of plasma is achieved after about 1.5-2 hours of taking the medicine. Food does not affect the availability of Irbesartan.
The half -life of Irbesartan elimination is about 11-15 hours. The concentration of medication in the blood reaches a stable state after 3 days of taking the drug.
Irbesartan is metabolized through associated with glucuronic acid and with oxidation. The main metabolic substance in the blood is the Irbesartan-glucuronic complex without pharmacological activity (about 6%).
Irbesartan binds to serum protein at 90%. The average distribution volume is 53 - 93 liters. With repeated oral doses, Irbesartan does not show clinical medicine accumulation. Drugs through cerebral blood barriers and placenta are weak.

Kidney pathology caused by diabetes Type 2
Maintenance dose of proposal 300 mg/day. There is no data on clinical effects when taking lower doses in patients with diabetic kidney disease. For patients who have a decrease in circulatory volume or hypoglycet hypoglycoc (such as strong diuretic treatment or dialysis) should start at a low dose of 75 mg a day.
Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist. What to do when overdose? Taking an overdose of Irbesartan can cause hypotension, tachycardia or slow. Usasartim 300 3x10 Ampharco is contraindicated in the following cases:
Be cautious when used
In patients with hypoglycemia such as salt loss and water due to strong diuretic group, diarrhea or prolonged vomiting, it is necessary to treat blood volume before Irbesartan.
For people with kidney artery stenosis, when Irbesartan is used, there is a risk of severe hypotension and impaired renal function.
Be careful with patients with kidney transplant or renal failure. Checking the concentration of potassium and blood creatinine is necessary.
There may be hyperkalemia when using Irbesartan, especially patients with heart and kidney function. Should regularly check potassium potassium on these patients. Avoid simultaneous use of Irbesartan with diuretics keeping potassium.
As well as other vasodilators, Irbesartan must be used carefully in diseases such as aortic valve stenosis and mitral valve stenosis, obstructive hypertrophic heart disease.
Do not take medicine for children under 6 years old because there is little clinical data on this object.

However, Irbesartan can still be combined with other anti -hypertension drugs such as beta blockers, calcium channel blockers or thiazide diuretics. Simultaneous use of Irbesartan with diuretics holding potassium or potassium supplements may increase the concentration of potassium.
There is no important pharmacological interaction when used with hydrochlorothiazid, digoxin, warfarin, and nifedipin. Irbesartan does not affect the dynamics of warfarin, hydrochlorothiazid and digoxin when using these drugs at daily maintenance dose.
