How to use

Should be used with food.

Dosage

Adults 600 mg/day, gradually increase 200 mg/3 days until efficiency, usually 1000-2000 mg/day or 20-30 mg/kg.

20 kg 400 mg or 10-15 mg/kg/day, increasing to the optimal dose, usually 20-30 mg/kg/day. Careful monitoring when using over 50 mg/kg/day.
