Uses
Indications
Vashasan MR 35 mg is indicated in the following cases:
Vashasan MR 35 mg is indicated for adults in supplementary therapy/support for existing treatments to treat symptoms in patients with stable angina without adequate control or non -tolerated patients with other angina therapy.
Pharmacokology
Mechanism of action:
Trimetazidin inhibits the beta oxidation of fatty acids by inhibiting 3-ketoacyl-coa thiolase-chain enzymes in ischemic cells, energy obtained during glucose oxidation needs less oxygen consumption than oxidation beta. Promoting glucose oxidation will help optimize cell energy processes, thus maintaining appropriate energy metabolism during anemia.
Pharmacological effect:
In patients with local heart anemia, trimetazidine acts as a metabolite, which helps conserve high intracellular energy levels in myocardial cell. Trimetazidin has anti -anemia effect but does not affect hemodynamics.
pharmacokinetic
trimetazidin when taken is absorbed very quickly and reaches the top concentration of plasma before 2 hours from drinking. The maximum concentration of the drug in plasma after taking a single dose of trimetazidin 20 mg reaches about 55 ng/ml.
The equilibrium of the drug in the blood is about 24 to 36 hours after repeating a dose and very stable during treatment.
The integral distribution of 4.8 liters/kg shows the good diffusion level of the drug to the tissues. Low protein attachment ratio, measured value in vitro is 16%.
Trimetazidin's waste time is 6 hours. The drug is excreted mainly in urine in the form of unprovered. Before taking Vashasan Mr 35 Hasan Treatment Treatment (3 blisters x 30 tablets)
How to use
oral drugs. Drink with a cup of water at meals.
Dosage
1 tablet/time x 2 times/day. Take 1 morning capsule and 1 night with a cup of water at meals.
Patients with average renal impairment (clearine clearance 30 - 60 ml/minute):
recommended dose is 1 capsule, drink in the morning, have a meal.
Elderly patients:
Elderly patients may have a higher level of trimetazidine sensitivity than normal due to the decline in kidney function by age. For patients with average renal impairment (clearine clearance of 30 - 60 ml/min), the recommended dose is 1 tablet, taken in the morning, used with meals. Be careful when calculating the dose for elderly patients.
Children:
Safety and effectiveness of trimetazidin for patients under 18 years of age has not been evaluated. There is currently no data on this patient object.
Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist.

Caution when used
This drug is not used to treat angina or not used to start with unstable angina, myocardial infarction.
Trimetazidin can cause or worsen Parkinson's symptoms (tremor, slow and difficult exercise, increase muscle tone), so patients, especially elderly patients, need regular check and monitor. In suspicious cases, patients need to be taken to neurologists for appropriate examination.
When encountering movement disorders such as Parkinson's symptoms, irritability, tremor, unsteady gaits need to stop using Trimetazidin immediately.
These cases are rarely occurring and often recover after stopping the drug. Most patients recover after stopping the drug for about 4 months. If Parkinson's symptoms continue to happen for more than 4 months after the stop, it is necessary to consult neurologists.
may have a self, unstable gait or hypotension, especially in patients who are taking medications for hypertension.
Be careful when prescribing trimetazidin for patients with high sensitivity levels: Patients with average renal impairment, patients over 75 years old.
When used for pregnant or lactating women, it is advisable to consider effectiveness and consequences.
The ability to drive and operate machinery
trimetazidin can cause symptoms such as dizziness and drowsiness, so it can affect the ability to drive and operate machinery.
Pregnancy
Animal research results have not been confirmed for sure whether or not the trimetazidin teratogenic effect.
There is not enough clinical evidence to eliminate the risk of fetal defects.
The best does not use trimetazidin during pregnancy.
Breastfeeding period
There is no evidence of the presence of trimetazidin in breast milk, so it is best not to breastfeed during trimetazidine treatment.
Medicinal interaction
There has been no interaction with any drug. Trimetazidin is not an induction drug as well as not a drug that inhibits the liver metabolic enzyme in the liver. Thus, it is more likely that trimetazidin does not interact with many metabolic drugs in the liver. Need to be careful when coordinating with another drug.
