indications

Vincozyn plus drugs are indicated in the following cases:

  • Medicines used to prevent and treat B vitamin deficiency diseases in the case of completely nourishing the gastrointestinal tract.

Related to vitamin B1: Thiamin combined with Adenosin Triphosphate (ATP) in the liver, kidneys and leukocytes forming Thiamin Diphosphate (Thiamin Pyrophosphate) has a physiological activity. Thiamin Pyrophosphate is a carbohydrate metabolic coenzyme, which is responsible for reducing the carboxyl of alpha - cetoacids such as pyruvat and alpha - cetoglutarat and in the use of pentose in the Hexose Monophosphate cycle.

Related to vitamin B2: Riboflavin, after entering the body, is transformed into 2 coenzymes, Flavin Mononucleotid (FMN) and Flavin Adenin Dinucleotid (FAD), which are the active coenzyme forms for tissue respiration. Riboflavin is also needed for the activation of pyridoxin, the conversion of tryptophan into niacin, and related to the integrity of red blood cells. Riboflavin is in the form of Flavin Nucleotid needed for electronic transportation systems and without riboflavin, it will be rough skin tanning, slimy, dry lips, tongelitis and stomatitis.

Regarding vitamin PP: In the body, nicotinamid converts to nicotinamid adenin dinucleotid (NAD) and Nicotinamid adenin Dinucleotid phosphate (NADP). NAD and NADP are enzymes that have a vital role in metabolism, they are oxidative and redox catalysts needed for cell respiration, glycogen resolution and lipid metabolism. Among these reactions, these coenzymes work as hydrogen transport molecules.

Related to vitamin B6. When entering the body, pyridoxin transforms into pyridoxal phosphate and partly into pyridoxamin phosphate. These two substances act as coenzymes in the metabolism of protein, glucid and lipid. Pyridoxin participates in the synthesis of gamma acid - Aminobutyric (GABA) in the central nervous system and participates in Hemoglobulin synthesis.

Related to vitamin B5: dexpanthenol is converted into pantothenic acid, this substance corresponds to the foreign group of Coenzym A (Lipmann), which is the main factor in the Krebs cycle. It participates in the metabolism of lipid, glucid and protid, and also involved in the synthesis of acetylcholin and adrenal corticosteroids. This substance is essential for the development, epithelial regeneration and growth of nails and hair.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

Related to vitamin B1: Thiamin is widely distributed into the tissues in the body and is distributed in breast milk. In cells, Thiamin exists mainly in the form of diphosphate. Thiamin accumulates negligible in the body, and the excess amount will be eliminated through the urine in the intact form.

Related to vitamin B2: Riboflavin is absorbed mainly in the duodenum. Riboflavin metabolites are distributed throughout the tissues in the body and into milk. A small amount is stored in the liver, spleen, kidney and heart. After intramuscular injection, about 60% FAD and FMN attached to plasma proteins. Riboflavin is a water -soluble vitamin, quickly excreted through the kidneys. The amount of putting in excess of the need for the body will be discharged in the form of unchanged urine. Riboflavin is also discharged according to feces. Riboflavin has passed the placenta and excreted milk.

Related to vitamin PP: Nicotinamid is widely distributed into the body tissue. Nicotinic acid is detected in breast milk. The sale time of the drug is about 45 minutes. Nicotinamid metabolizes the liver into N - methylnicotinamid, derivatives 2 - pyridon and 4 - pyridon, and also forming nicotinuric. After using nicotinamid in normal doses, only a small amount of nicotinamid excreted into the urine in the form of constant; However, when using large doses, the amount of excretion in the form of unchanged will increase.

Regarding vitamin B6: In the body, pyridoxin transforms into pyridoxal phosphate and pyridoxamin phosphate and most of the liver reserves and part of the muscle and brain. Pyridoxin excreted mainly through the kidneys in the form of metabolism. The amount of introduction, if exceeding the daily demand, most excreted in the form of unchanged.

Related to vitamin B5: After injection, the drug is absorbed quickly, distributed to tissues in the body, excreting through the kidneys.

    How to use

    intramuscularly, intravenously or intravenous injection.

In case of intravenous infusion, Vincozyn Plus should not be mixed with other drugs (due to the lack of correlation of the drug's correlation). The solution used to dilute Vincozyn plus for intravenous injection is 0.9%sodium chloride infusion solution.

    Dosage

    Adults and the elderly: 1 - 2 tubes/day.

Children and adolescents: There is no specific recommendation, which should only be used when proving the benefits of superior treatment of the risk caused by the drug. At that time, the dose of the drug as directed by the treating doctor.

Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist.

What to do when overdose? Mainly supportive treatment and symptomatic treatment.

In case of emergency, call the 115 emergency center immediately or go to the nearest local health station.

What to do when you forget 1 dose? However, if the time to relax with the next dose is too short, skip the dose and continue the calendar of the drug. Do not use double doses to compensate for missed dose.

    Side Effects

When using Vincozyn Plus, you may experience unwanted effects (ADR) such as:

related to vitamin B1: thiamin's ADR is very rare and often allergic. Normally, because Thiamin enhances the effects of acetylcholin, some skin reactions can be considered as an allergic reaction.

    Rare, ADR

  • Systemic body: Sweating, hypersensitivity Riboflavin. Using high doses of riboflavin, the urine will turn light yellow, causing deviations to some urine tests in the laboratory.

Related to vitamin PP: Small doses of vitamin PP are usually not toxic, but if high doses may occur some of the following unwanted effects (these unwanted effects will go away after stopping the drug):

    Common, ADR> 1/100

  • Digestive: Nausea.
  • Digestive: progressive stomach ulcers, vomiting, anorexia, pain when hungry, flatulence, diarrhea. Blurred vision, dry eyes, swollen eyelids, dizziness, heartbeat, fainting, wheezing.
  • Rare, ADR

  • Anxiety, panic, urinary glucose, abnormal liver function (including serum bilirubin, AST (SGOT), ALT (SGPT) and LDH), abnormal prothrombin time, lowering blood albumin, anaphylaxis. is usually not toxic. Using pyridoxine lasts for 10 mg/day is said to be safe but used at a dose of 200 mg or more daily can cause neurological diseases.
  • Central nervous system: headache, drowsiness, drowsiness. The feet come to a numbness and clumsy hands. This condition can recover when stopping the drug, although there is still more or less sequelae.
  • Instructions on how to handle ADR:

Notify the physician with unwanted effects when using the drug.

    Warnings

Before using the drug you need to read the instructions carefully and refer to the information below.

    Contraindicated

Vincozyn plus drug contraindicated in the following cases:

  • Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of the drug.

    Be cautious when using

need to be very careful when taking the drug for patients in the following cases:

  • Related to vitamin B1: The deficiency of riboflavin often occurs without other B vitamins. Jaundice or liver disease, kidney disease, gout, gout arthritis, diabetes. Using 200 mg daily, lasting over 30 days can cause pyridoxin dependence syndrome.
  • The effect of the drug on the ability to drive and operate machinery

The drug can cause vomiting reactions, muscle stiffness, skin itching, hypotension. Therefore, not driving, operating machinery or working on high when encountered unwanted effects of the drug.

Use drugs for women during pregnancy and lactation

    Pregnant women:

The drug can be used for pregnant women.

    breastfeeding women:

The drug can be used for breastfeeding women.

    Interactive drugs

Related to vitamin B1: Thiamin can increase the effects of neurotransmitter.

Related to vitamin B2: There have been a number of "lack of riboflavin" in people who have used clepopromazin, imipramin, amitriptylin and adriamycin. Alcohol can hinder the absorption of riboflavin in the intestine. Probenecid used with riboflavin causes reduction in riboflavin absorption in the stomach and intestines.

Regarding vitamin PP: using nicotinamid simultaneously with HGM - CoA reducing enzyme inhibitors may increase the risk of muscle eligibility. Using nicotinamid simultaneously with alpha - adrenergic blockers treating hypertension can lead to excessive hypotension. Diets and/or dosage of hypoglycemic or insulin or insulin may need to be adjusted when used simultaneously with nicotinamid. Using nicotinamid simultaneously with liver toxic drugs can add toxic effects on the liver. Do not simultaneously use nicotinamid with carbamazepin because of increased plasma carbamazepine levels leading to increased toxicity

Related to vitamin B6: pyridoxin reduces the effect of levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson's disease; This does not happen to the preparation is a mixture of Levodopa - Carbidopa or Levodopa - Benserazid. Dosage of 200 mg/day may cause a decrease in 40-50% of the concentration of phenytoin and phenobarbital in the blood in some patients. Pyridoxin can lighten depression in women who take birth control pills. Some drugs may increase pyridoxin demand such as hydralazin, isoniazid, penicilamin and oral contraceptives.

Related to vitamin B5: Do not use dexpanthenol together or within 12 hours after using Neostigmin or other sympathetic nerve -like effects. Do not use dexpanthenol within 1 hour after using sucinylcholin, as dexpanthenol can prolong the muscle relaxation effect of sucinylcholin. Some rare cases of allergies, unknown causes occurred when used simultaneously dexpanthenol injection with antibiotics, opiat and barbiturat drugs.
