Vitamin B1 250 mg Used:

Treatment of diseases due to vitamin B1 deficiency.

Wernick syndrome and Korsakoff syndrome.

Multiple neuritis due to alcoholism or lack of nutrition due to poisoning.

High doses in rheumatism or nervous syndrome. ThiaminPyrophosphate, Thiamin, has a physiological activity, is a carbohydrate metabolism that reduces the carboxyl of Alpha - Cetoacid such as Pyruvat and Alpha - Cetoglutarat and in using pentose in the Hexose Monophosphate cycle. When Thiamin is deficient, the oxidation of alpha-cyacids is affected, increasing the level of pyruvat in the blood to help diagnose Thiamin deficiency.

Thiamin absorption in daily eating through the gastrointestinal tract is due to the positive transportation of NAT. When Thiamin concentration in the digestive tract is also important.
